The WilmyWoodie Wood Fired Pizza Truck was started in 2018 and is not like any food truck you've ever seen. 20 feet of kitchen on wheels capped off with a 100% wood fired oven mounted off the back. Just like the truck, our pizza offerings stand out as well. Our style of wood fired pizza features a crust that is softer rather than crunchy and we offer everything from a classic cheese to an assortment of rotating specialty pizzas that we hope you will love. We are proud to offer gluten free crust for those with gluten issues. Located at The LBC Bottle Shop where you can eat on-site under the quonset at the bar, under the shade of our many trees or you can take your pizza to-go.
