Following the reception will be our six course seated dinner with an optional wine pairing. Course 2: 32 Winds Platt Vineyard Chardonnay She-Crab Cake Galette & NC Hogfish Benne seed skin cracker, roasted pumpkin coulis, seaweed oil. Course 3: Gargantua Syrah Tea Smoked Squad Petite rouge pea harvest succotash, dewberry nage. Intermezzo: summer shoots, endive, goat curd, plum granita, toasty seeds. Course 5: La Gerla Sangiovese Study in Onslow Country Pork Trotter croquette, saucisson, pot likker tenderloin, cured lard, plum, country gravy.
