In May the YWCA of Lower Cape Fear and Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism partnered to launch Women's Worth Alliance. This is the first time the program has been offered in North Carolina and it's the first time a YWCA program is being offered in Pender County. It's not too late for you to join us for the third session of our four part series that answer your questions about wealth, insurance, investments, and business decisions. Women's Worth Alliance is a free program of the YWCA and you don't have to be a member of the Y or the Chamber to attend. Bring your friends. There is no selling of products. The doors will open Aug. 22, at 6 p.m. The sessions will begin at 6:20 p.m. We will conclude by 8 p.m.  Guest Speaker to be announced.

Yet…80% of women investors refrain from talking about money with people close to them, citing reasons like it’s too personal or uncomfortable or simply not wanting people close to them to have that knowledge.2
