We will celebrate a ribbon cutting at Action Academy Topsail, 226 E. Ocean Rd. in Holly Ridge. This 3 p.m. ribbon cutting event will take place in the middle of the school's Action Children's Business Fair. Children develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for business in this one-day marketplace.
