The 2024 Topsail Flotilla faced chilly and windy conditions, but 13 brave captains weathered the choppy Intracoastal Waterway on Dec. 14.

The Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism is accepting registrations for the 2024 Christmas Flotilla. Due to Sea Tow’s generous sponsorship, the first prize for the flotilla’s best-decorated boat will be $1,000. Second and third-prize winners will receive $300 and $200, respectively.
