Infinity Acupuncture Welcomes Acupuncturist Cassandra Krug to Hampstead Staff
HAMPSTEAD - Infinity Acupuncture, located in the Surf City Crossing shopping center, welcomes Cassandra Krug, L.Ac. to its staff.
Krug is a licensed acupuncturist who graduated from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has a National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) board certification. She is a diplomat in Oriental Medicine and a licensed acupuncturist in Colorado and North Carolina. She has advanced training in both sports medicine and the Balance Method.
“We are pleased to welcome Cassandra to our staff,” said Dr. Gretchen Rivas D.Ac., L.Ac., LMT., of Infinity Acupuncture. “We searched for more than two years for an acupuncturist with her experience.”
Cassandra has over 10 years of experience in acupuncture. Before working at Infinity Acupuncture, Cassandra worked for the non-profit organization, Spinal Cord Injury and Recovery (SCIRP), providing acupuncture to para and quadriplegics, secondary to spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries.
“Cassandra spent more than seven years practicing under Erin Pass, an apprentice of Dr. Richard The-Fu Tan, their mentor, and creator of the Balance Method,” said Rivas. “Cassandra has a strong interest in pain management and the nervous system. She is excellent at treating neck and back pain, head injuries, concussions, headaches, and migraines.”
A mother of three, Cassandra finds great joy working with women through their fertility journeys, pregnancy, and postpartum.
“I take pride in listening to my patients with an open mind and heart,” said Cassandra. “My goal is for each patient to feel heard and seen as a whole person. Together we will get to the root of your ailments so that you can begin healing from the inside out on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.”
Cassandra will work in Infinity Acupuncture’s Hampstead and Wilmington offices. Her addition will allow the practice to extend hours, including Friday hours in Hampstead.
