Free community workouts led by local instructors and wellness vendors share health resources, products, and services. The Soundside Wellness event will feature Pilates by Paradise Pilates, Functional Fitness by NewDawn CrossFit, Yoga by the Topsail Yoga Collective, and Sound Bath by Alexis Siebert. All classes are free and open to the community. The first 25 attendees will receive a free yoga mat (limit one per person).
