Grounds Crew Team Member Position Overview: We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew. As a crew member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, playability, and overall condition of the golf course.  Key Responsibilities: · Perform daily maintenance tasks such as mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs · Rake and maintain sand bunkers · Water turf and landscape areas as directed · Operate small equipment such as mowers, trimmers, utility carts, and blowers · Assist in course setup including tee markers, hole locations, and signage · Help with special projects such as aerification, overseeding, sod work, and irrigation repairs · Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and facilities · Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times

 Qualifications: · Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required) · Ability to operate or learn to operate small machinery and hand tools · Strong work ethic and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed · Ability to work in varying weather conditions · Reliable transportation to and from work Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods · Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, cold, or wet weather conditions · Manual dexterity and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
