Job Title: Part-Time Team Member
Hours: 21-28 hours per week (must be available some weekends)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  - Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with unloading donations.
  - Sort, price, and organize inventory.
  - Create eye-catching merchandise displays.
  - Maintain a sanitary work environment.
  - Perform basic math for order processing and cash handling.
  - Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  - Basic math and excellent communication skills.
  - Ability to lift/move 25-50 lbs.
  - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
