When a young woman discovers she is facing an unplanned pregnancy, she often feels overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone. Lauren's Hope Pregnancy Care Center was established to ensure that no woman in our community has to face that journey without support.

Located in Hampstead, Lauren's Hope opened its doors in September 2024 with a mission to provide compassionate, confidential care and practical resources for women and families throughout the Greater Topsail region. Since opening, the center has become a trusted resource for individuals seeking information, encouragement, and support during one of life's most challenging moments.

Lauren's Hope offers free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, pregnancy options education, parenting classes, and referrals to community resources. Every service is provided at no cost to clients, allowing women to receive the information and support they need to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

What makes Lauren's Hope unique is its commitment to walking alongside clients long after the initial appointment. Through parenting education, mentoring, and practical assistance, the organization helps mothers and fathers build confidence and stability as they prepare for parenthood. The center also partners with local churches, businesses, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to connect families with additional resources and support.

Founder and Executive Director Jessica Blackburn understands firsthand the challenges of facing an unplanned pregnancy. Her personal experience inspired the creation of Lauren's Hope and continues to shape the center's mission of offering hope, compassion, and practical assistance to every client who walks through the door.

As a member of the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce, Lauren's Hope is proud to be part of a thriving community that values strong families, local partnerships, and service to others. The organization believes that when businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community leaders work together, lives are changed and communities become stronger.

Looking ahead, Lauren's Hope is expanding its services and continuing to build a sustainable future that will allow it to serve families throughout Pender and Onslow Counties for years to come. The center recently added ultrasound services and is working toward long-term growth that will increase access to care and support for local families.
