About

The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center conserves and protects all species of marine turtles, both in the water and on the beach. They accomplish this mission by protecting nesting female turtles, their nests, and their hatchlings; by rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing sick and injured sea turtles; by informing and educating the public regarding the plight of all sea turtles and the threat of their extinction; and by providing an experiential learning site for students of biology, wildlife conservation, and veterinary medicine from around the world.
