Join us on March 12 for an informative (and entertaining) presentation by John Formica, the ex-Disney guy. This free Lunch and Learn session will focus on giving a customer an experience. Registration is free. This is a must for employers and frontline employees who want to elevate their customer service which generates repeat business.
