Sales Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our water and fire mitigation and restoration services in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the local market to expand our referral base.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the water damage and restoration industry.
Educate clients on our range of mitigation and restoration solutions, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, fire cleaning, biohazard cleaning, Pack Out Services and structural repairs.
Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects and timely completion of work.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to water, fire, mold, biohazard, etc. mitigation and restoration.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the water and fire mitigation and the restoration industry or a related field.
IICRC Certifications a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for sales reporting and communication purposes.
Valid driver's license and Background check required.
